The Torah Community of Silver Spring mourns the passing of Rabbi Yosef Samberg z.l. a world class Torah educator who 
reached thousands of students during his 30 year career in Jewish education.
May his legacy live on forever. May his family be comforted among the mourners of Tziyon and Yerushalayim.

yes. He was a Talmid of Rabbi Wein’s / Shaarei Torah and taught in JEP among other places
