What if someone Davens alone, but then is needed as the 10th man to make a minyan? May he do so, or only if he has additional requests in his prayer?

If we are looking for 10 men actually praying together, then one who davened already would not qualify, unless they can daven a heartfelt prayer as a “voluntary.”
On a practical level, when we look for a minyan to be able to say Kaddish etc., even 4 people who have already davened can be counted to the 10 to allow the special prayers that require a minyan to be said.
That is, as long as the majority of the ten (6) have not yet davened they can conduct the service with the participation of up to 4 who have already davened.
